Hamid ESSABIR holds a PhD in physics, specializing in “Mechanical and materials engineering”. His thesis was prepared as part of a collaboration between the National School of Applied Sciences of the Ibn Zohr University of Agadir and the MAScIR Foundation (Moroccan Foundation For Advanced Science, Innovation and Research) of Rabat. His subject is entitled “Bio-composites based on argan nut shell: Implementation, characterization and modeling of mechanical behavior”. His research mainly concerns the valorization of natural resources in the field of composite and nano-composite materials. His research work has enabled him to publish scientific articles in international peer-reviewed journals, book chapters, patents and to participate in international congresses. Today Dr. Hamid ESSABIR is a researcher in the polymer implementation laboratory of the composites and nano-composites center of the MAScIR Foundation (Moroccan Foundation For Advanced Science, Innovation and Research) in Rabat.

Abdelghani CHAKHCHAR holds a doctorate in Biotechnology from Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech. His main contributions to questions of sustainable development of natural resources deal with the importance of deepening the study of adaptation mechanisms to various environmental constraints and hazards. The main axis of its research constitutes an ideal complement to the activities and missions of ANDZOA and in particular to the development strategies of the Argan tree sector. Funded by the Hassan II Academy of Sciences and Technology and the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Executive Training, his latest research was particularly interested in studying the physiological and biochemical mechanisms of human tolerance. During his university career, he benefited from several specific national and international training courses related to Biotechnology. Certified to perform internal auditing according to the requirements of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and the requirements of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System). He is also an active member in several local, national and international associations.

LAMAOUI Mouna obtained a scientific baccalaureate, experimental sciences series, followed by a DEUG option in Life and Earth science at FSTG Marrakech and a Master’s degree in Life sciences, Option Biotechnology Applied to Plant Improvement, mention quite well. She prepared a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and Sustainable Development of Agro-resources. In April 2015, she obtained the Doctorate on the theme: In vitro selection of argan genotypes tolerant to water and saline stress and multiplication by microcuttings, prepared at the Laboratory of Biotechnology for the Valorization and Protection of Agroresources, at the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques Guéliz (FSTG), Center for Doctoral Studies (CED) Sciences and Techniques, Cadi Ayyad University, Marrakech. She was also able to obtain the national prize for the best young doctoral students in biology, scholarship from the L’Oréal UNESCO program for women in science, year 2011.
