6th edition International Argane Congress

Aware of the complementary and integrated role of natural resources and agriculture to promote resilient sustainable development and reasoned restoration of ecosystems, two new strategies were launched by HIS MAJESTY KING MOHAMED VI may God assist him, on February 13, 2020. This is the “Green Generation” strategy which capitalizes and consolidates the achievements of the Green Morocco Plan for the agricultural sector and on the other hand the “Forests of Morocco” strategy to promote a new, more inclusive model for the forestry sector. Two coherent and complementary strategies to launch the prospects for the next decade in terms of development of the argan sector and restoration/rehabilitation of the argan grove. These strategies are developed for future generations with a priority on the human element through the emergence of a rural middle class and young entrepreneurs in a reasoned ecosystem perspective…
